Paolo Roversi photographed during several seasons, between 1985 and 1988, the collections for the Italian designer Romeo Gigli. This book is a selection of the most significant and suggestive of these publicity campaigns. Despite the different subjects, an image rises of the ideal women, elegant, fragile and mysterious. The book is also the story of the meeting between two artistic universes with their similarities and their differences.
